By the time Jonathan KYLE Farmer was sixteen, he knew that he would either become a fashion designer, or a priest. Fashion ultimately called, but the choice between this and the church never felt separate to him. Instead he sees a similarity, the pursuit of asceticism and the pursuit of estheticism both require a combination of trust in oneself and faith in the unknown.
