Fashion designer, Soon Il Kwon was born in Seoul, South Korea. When growing up, he was always exposed to many art pieces due to his art collector. Also his sister, a successful fashion entrepreneur in LA exposed him to many new ideas. Art has never been out of his life.
Before he attended fashion school, Parsons the New school for design, he studied art for 2 years in Seoul. However he decided to leave the school to pursue his real dream, to travel the world! Through these experiences, he was determined to move to USA to study design. After a time in LA studying automotive designer, Kwon finally settle in New York and pursued a career in fashion something he knew he would be doing for the rest of life. Soon Il is now an emerging designer in New York, attracting the attention of many publications, including WWD and Vogue.
